The free-standing house is built on a spacious plot. You enter the house through the hallway, where you will also find the toilet and a separate storage room with the washing machine. The living room has a seating area with a television. The stairs to the upper floor come out in the middle of the living room, creating a cosy division between the living and dining room. The dining table is next to the kitchen and seats 6. The corner kitchen has modern appliances that include an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee machine and kettle. There is also a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses (90x200cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a washbasin.
On the first floor, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed consisting of two separate single box springs and one with two separate single beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe. This floor also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin with a cupboard and a second (separate) toilet.
From the living room, via the terrace (20 m2), you enter the green, enclosed garden (50 m2), which is delightfully private. Relax in one of the six comfortable garden chairs at the garden table under the parasol, and the holiday can begin. There is a covered area where you can charge your bikes in the garden.
There are two parking spaces opposite the house where you can park free of charge. There is a cot for children up to 2 years old, but you need to bring linen. Pets are not allowed.
